About us

My Favourite Photo

Taken at an event in a humble village hall, this sums up how I want my audience to feel about my performances

Dedicated to the Art

I help run two magic clubs, one local and one national (international?). This includes lecturing, running training and presenting masterclasses for fellow magicians

David O'Connor has been entertaining with magic for over ten years, on stage, close up or parlour settings. He was blessed early on meeting some great, sharing and knowledgeable magicians from the start. David has worked for many years with both the elderly and adults with disabilities and mental health issues, training them in the workplace. He currently works in the social care sector part time

Hi lives in Aldershot a few miles near to where he was born in Farnham. David lives with his wife and two adopted children whose support of this unusual career has been fantastic. We also have a big dog called Bear

The Early Days

Put in so I do not forget my roots. Thanks to everybody who has helped me on my magical journey

Can't stop me

My wife's birthday, when she was on dialysis, and I ended up performing for the nurses! Years later and she still can't decide if I am in the dog house for this

Stage & Close Up

I am not actually a competition magician. I saw it as an opportunity to perform. However my magical friends insisted I put this in

You never Know who you will meet

Working at a Nursing home taught me that everybody has a story inside them. People are amazing, if only I had time to meet and talk with all of you
